Shipping & Delivery will always attempt to ship your order immediately, although it can take up to 3 business days (do not count weekends) to process, especially during busy holiday and back to school periods. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.  All items ordered from are shipped via UPS.  Credit cards are billed when items are shipped, not on receipt of order.
Returns & Replacements has a money back guarantee on products returned within 30 days. Beyond 30 days a restocking fee may be applied. If the package is refused or returned without our issueing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. If the items is damaged or DOA an exchange will be made or credit issued. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
After  placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have  received your order ("Order Confirmation"). Please note  that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order  constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to  acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an  email confirming the shipment of your order (the "Shipping Confirmation").  A contract with us will only be formed when we send you the Shipping  Confirmation. The contract will relate only to those products whose  shipment we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will  not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your  order in a separate Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to  cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may rescind our  acceptance and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price  or where the product is no longer in our or our third party fulfillment  provider's inventory.

Viewing Orders
The Orders and Returns link in the footer of your gives customers who are not logged into an account the ability to search for information about a specific order, including credit that may be available from any returned products related to the order. The Orders and Returns form can be used both by guests and registered customers, although the link disappears from the footer when registered customers log in to their accounts. The same information is available from the account dashboard of any registered customer. The Orders and Returns form is the only way customers who have made purchases as guests can access their order information..
Updating Account Information
If  you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of  the information you submit through "My Account" and the corresponding  password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to  accept responsibility for all activities that occur under "My  Account" or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate  accounts and to remove or edit content submitted by you in the "My  Account" area of the Site
